Gazpacho

2 medium tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 green bell pepper
a medium zucchini
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic
a small onion
4 C tomato juice
3 limes
Pepper to taste
1/2 C bread crumbs
 
Chop all vegetables fine and place in pot.  Add tomato juice, the juice of the limes and the pepper.  Chill well.
 
Serve with small amount of bread crumbs sprinkled on top.
 
Makes about 6 cups.
 
This cold soup is especially refreshing on hot, sultry summer days.  Enjoy!!
